Colori, figure e armonia formale. Un trittico di concetti artistici in grado di formare la tecnica e la virtù estetica della pittrice milanese Sofia Cacciapaglia, le cui opere sono oggetto della mostra personale che inaugura questa sera, giovedì 7 febbraio dalle 18, nella sua città. Il luogo dove verranno esposte è infatti Winarts, un’associazione culturale meneghina, fondata da Benedetta Crippa e Martina Moglia, nota per la sua ricerca e sostegno costante di nuovi talenti.
Colors, shapes and formal harmony.. A triptych of artistic concepts able to form the technique and the aesthetic virtue of the Milanese painter Sofia Cacciapaglia, whose works are the object of the personal exhibition that inaugurates this evening, Thursday 7 February from 18, in her hometown. The place where they will be exhibited is in fact Winarts, a Milanese cultural association, founded by Benedetta Crippa and Martina Moglia, known for its research and constant support of new talents.

In Via Ravizza 18, fino al 7 aprile 2019, è possibile dunque ammirare gli artefatti di Cacciapaglia, il cui soggetto privilegiato è la donna. «Le figure femminili dei mie quadri vivono un tempo sospeso, una distanza e una dimensione metafisica in cui non vi è nessun riferimento alla realtà.» Esordisce così l’artista. L’esistenza è presente per la pittrice, che non trasporta sulla tela il proprio vissuto ma il momento stesso in cui si trova davanti al vuoto del piano, riempito di un movimento perpetuo.
In Via Ravizza 18, until 7 April 2019, it is possible to admire the artefacts of Cacciapaglia, whose privileged subject is the woman. «The female figures of my paintings live a suspended time, a distance and a metaphysical dimension in which there is no reference to reality.» Thus begins the artist. Existence is present for the painter, who does not carry her own experience on the canvas but the moment in which she finds herself before the emptiness of the plane, filled with a perpetual movement.

Per l’ospite più giovane della 54esima Biennale di Venezia nel 2011, la mostra è un evento per trasmettere la sua visione: talvolta onirica, quando ci si riferisce alla rappresentazione sullo spazio di lavoro, talvolta concreta, soprattutto per quanto riguarda le pennellate, profonde - rimandano un po’ a quelle del periodo Fauves - e delicate allo stesso tempo. Come le forme femminee, le quali «sono monumentali e nello stesso tempo fragili ed eteree; nascono dal mio immaginario e hanno un ritmo, una forma tutta loro che prende vita con la composizione del quadro. Si sostengono le une con le altre attraverso delle conversazioni silenziose che hanno origine dal contatto umano: guida, filo conduttore e centro della mia composizione pittorica.»
For the youngest guest of the 54th Venice Biennale in 2011, the exhibition is an event to convey her vision: sometimes dreamlike, when we refer to the representation on the working space, sometimes concrete, especially as regards the brush strokes, deep - refer a bit to those of the Fauves period - and delicate at the same time. Like the feminine forms, which «are monumental and at the same time fragile and ethereal; they are born from my imagination and have a rhythm, a shape all of them that comes to life with the composition of the painting. They support each other through silent conversations that originate from human contact: a guide, a common thread and the center of my pictorial composition.»
